## Job description

### 职位职责
- 按照批准的操作规程，负责灌装线设备的调试、运行及CIP/SIP清洗操作，正确设置工艺参数，完成灌装生产任务。
- 在生产过程中执行中间产品质量控制，包括装量检测与调整、外观检查、密封性检查等，确保产品符合质量标准。
- 负责本岗位批记录的填写、整理与上交，计算物料平衡及收率，配合完成药液过滤、数量交接与复核工作。
- 负责灌装结束后的清场工作（含环境、设备、工器具清洁消毒），执行设备的日常维护保养，确保现场符合GMP要求。
- 及时反映生产中的异常情况、不符合事件及安全隐患，协助偏差调查；配合验证部完成相关验证工作。

### 二、任职要求（3点）
- 大专及以上学历，药学、制药工程、机械等相关专业。
- 掌握GMP知识、安全生产与防火知识、工业微生物及卫生学知识、岗位操作法。
- 具备相关设备的操作与清洁技能，工作认真细致，服从安排，具备良好的合规意识与安全责任意识。
