## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责酵母展示、噬菌体展示相关的抗体发现项目，包括动物免疫、文库构建、文库筛选、抗体工程改造等工作。
- 负责项目方案设计与实施，包括制定抗体筛选策略，抗体表征方案等。
- 负责项目数据处理，撰写项目实施记录与项目报告等。
- 参与公司新平台开发与建设等。

### 专业背景
- 分子生物学、微生物学、免疫学等相关专业，博士学历。

### 工作经验
- 3年以上工作经验，具有抗体发现项目实施流程，有酵母展示、噬菌体展示相关研究或工作经验。

### 其他要求
- 具备良好的团队协作精神，遵从公司规章制度，具备较强学习能力和抗压能力。
