## Job description

### 主要职责
- 负责公司化学药产品国内外CMC注册申报资料撰写及审核工作。
- 跟进产品开发进展，制定相应申报策略，跟进药学研究节点，确保申报符合法规要求、确保准时完成申报任务。
- 药学技术问题法规调研与解读。
- 跨学科沟通及申报支持。
- 与药监部门和药品注册相关部门的沟通协调。
- 现场审计及翻译支持。
- 产品生命周期管理。

### 任职资格与能力要求
- 硕士以上学历；药物制剂、药物化学、药物分析等药学相关专业。
- 药品研发或药品注册1年以上经验；具有一定的海外新药实战经验优先；理解新药开发流程，并了解临床、非临床、药理等部门的工作内容。
- 良好的英语写作和口语交流技能，能够熟练读写，并能够用英语进行技术交流；对专业词汇有一定掌握，可熟练运用作为工作语言。5.

### 能力要求

-思路清晰，具有较强的撰写能力、表达能力；-主动沟通；责任心强，有团队合作精神；抗压能力强；-自主学习能力强；-熟悉药品管理及注册法规及申报流程各个环节，能够独立处理、解决药品注册过程中出现的问题；-掌握合成、制剂和分析基本理论知识，能够独立汇总审核药品申报资料；-熟练使用办公软件。
