## Job description
- 负责生物药大分子（单抗、融合蛋白、APC等）CMC分析工作，涵盖理化分析、质谱分析等内容，支撑药物研发、方法开发、样品检测及数据汇总归档。
- 独立或协助完成蛋白纯度、浓度、等电点、粒径、不溶性微粒、渗透压等常规理化检测，熟练操作分析设备，规范记录实验数据，完成原始记录整理。
- 独立或协助完成LC-MS相关实验操作，包含肽图、分子量、糖型分析、蛋白修饰表征等工作，负责液相、质谱设备上机、序列设置、样品前处理、数据初步分析。
- 跟进实验方法开发、优化与验证工作，排查实验异常数据，配合完成方法稳定性、强制降解等验证实验。
- 严格遵循实验室管理规范，规范整理实验记录、检测报告，确保研发过程的可追溯性和合规性。
- 负责实验室分析设备日常使用、维护、清洁与校准，及时反馈设备异常问题，保障实验有序开展。 任职要求
- 硕士及以上应届毕业生，生物工程、生物技术、生物制药、药学、药物分析等相关专业。
- 可线下实习，能保证连续实习3个月及以上，稳定到岗，毕业后可优先转正。
- 在校期间具备扎实的生物学理论知识，完整的实验操作经验，课题经验；有分析仪器设备使用经验者优先（如LC-MS、HPLC、毛细管电泳等分析设备）。 5、严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的实验逻辑和数据思维，服从团队工作安排。
