## Job description

### 职责描述

1、管理和跟进产品推广计划执行情况，及时指导和反馈；2、协助销售团队（地区经理、医药信息沟通专员）拜访和维护KOL；3、协助上级组织各类大型学术会议、搭建学术平台，加深客户对产品的认知与认可度；4、有效整合和分配资源，如培训、会议等，并加以积极的引导，以寻找新的商业机会；5、为销售团队提供最新的产品动态信息，解答其关于文献、资料、PPT等的疑问；6、根据市场情况，制定合理的产品推广计划，提升市场份额；跟进执行省区市场推广策略，协助完成销售业绩。

### 任职要求

1、硕士学历，医药相关专业；2、至少3年以上医药销售相关工作经验，有肿瘤领域销售经验优先考虑；3、较强的市场分析判断能力及反应能力；4、具有较强组织规划、团队协作能力；5、较强的沟通应变能力及数据分析处理能力。
