## Job description

### 岗位职责

1.支持多肽的合成/纯化工艺平台建设，使其满足多肽药物开发的需求；2.带领团队对多肽的合成技术，纯化技术等进行持续提高，并持续引入最新技术，确保产品成本竞争力；3.负责多肽项目的推进和支持工作，开展多肽合成工艺与新技术，并能够处理疑难的专业技术问题；4.维护多肽研发平台的设施设备，保障实验室人员、设施设备安全及环境卫生；5.具备优秀的项目管理、技术创新及团队管理能力，能够带领团队完成药品申报材料撰写，并熟悉药品注册申报法律法规的相关流程。

### 任职要求

1.有机化学、多肽化学、药物化学、生物化学等相关专业，博士及以上学历；2.具有较强的文献检索和调研能力、学习能力，熟练的英语写作和流利的英语交流能力；3.具备优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力、抗压能力，卓越执行力、创新能力、项目管理能力和团队合作精神。
