## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 独立或在有限的指导下，为不同阶段的小分子药物研发项目积极地提供计算支持。
- 应用分子模拟、机器学习等前沿技术，构建理论模型以指导药物设计。
- 为研发中心内部关键技术的进步做出积极的贡献，并能将专业知识和大家分享。

### 任职要求
- 在化学、药学、生命科学或计算科学相关领域取得博士学位，并拥有计算机辅助药物设计经验，或者有多年相关工作经验的硕士；
- 在化学/生物信息学、QSAR、基于结构的药物设计、分子模拟、ADMET建模、机器学习等一个或多个领域具有丰富的经验；
- 熟练使用分子模拟软件（例如Schrödinger，MOE）和化学信息学工具进行先导化合物发现和优化以支持药物发现；
- 具有较强的编程能力，能熟练使用Python、R或SVL者更佳；
- 熟悉药物化学和药理学的相关知识；
- 能够在跨学科团队中发挥专长并有效合作；
- 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧，中英文流利；
- 具有独立分析和解决问题的能力、创造性思维、快速的学习能力、团队合作精神，并对药物发现和生命科学充满激情。
