## Job description

作为公司生物药质量领域未来人才的重点培养对象，您将参与系统性轮岗培训，全面掌握药品商业过程中质量全生命周期管理。通过QA，QC和车间等实践、导师指导与项目管理相结合的方式，培养具备专业技术能力和管理潜质的复合型人才，后期成为是生物药质量领域的专家或管理人员，为公司的质量管理提供核心支持。

### 岗位职责
- 轮岗质量检测各团队，掌握相关实验检测技能、熟悉各相关电子化线上系统如LIMS、CSV验证、数据完整性风险评估及趋势分析。
- 轮岗QA各职能模块，执行现场监督、法规差距分析、变更/偏差/CAPA管理、海外审计迎检及质量改进项目管理。
- 跟踪并解读中美欧法规动态，输出差距整改方案，确保QMS持续合规。
- 编制、审核及翻译英文GMP文件，保证术语准确、符合监管要求。
- 跨部门协调资源，推动质量问题的识别、分析、解决与预防。
- 完成轮岗报告、项目总结及终期答辩，展示学习成果与成长计划。
