## Job description
- 负责临床用iPSC细胞培养、诱导分化，能够独立完成细胞复苏、培养、冻存、制剂制备等无菌操作。
- 完成相关技术文件起草工作，包括但不限于SOP、生产记录、技术转移文件和申报材料等。
- 参与iPSC药物生产工艺的研究与开发，包括细胞株筛选、物料筛选、工艺参数优化等。
- 负责生产过程中的偏差调查、变更控制、CAPA制定和执行，确保生产的合规性。
- 参与GMP符合性建设的相关工作，包括不限于按规范及时做好生产记录及仪器使用记录等工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，细胞生物学、生物工程等相关专业。
- 熟悉临床级细胞制备的GMP规范与相关法规要求，参与过临床级iPSC细胞的制备工作，了解临床级细胞产品的申报流程与技术要点。
- 具有B级洁净区或者隔离器细胞培养经验者优先。
