## Job description

### 职责描述1、策略执行

遵循中央医学策略，结合区域情况，协助经理制定并落实区域医学策略与计划并落地；2、活动规划：搭建学术平台，策划并执行不同疾病领域的医学活动；3、项目管理：协调辖区内多中心研究和真实世界研究全流程管理；4、医学支持：为市场、销售部门提供领域医学相关支持，如文案撰写、文献整理、幻灯制作等；组织或协助开展外部客户及内部员工的医学培训；5、KOL维护：建立并完善区域专家网络，定期拜访核心专家，传递学术信息；协助销售进行专家拜访；6、信息反馈：搜集和整理专家观念和领域信息，挖掘、评估并反馈专家学术需求，协助开展观念调研等；任职资格1、学历：统招硕士及以上学历，药学或医学相关专业；2、经验：医药行业岗位相关经验2年以上，有外企医学工作经历者优先；3、能力：具备良好的沟通表达能力、演讲能力、组织协调能力和团队合作精神，诚实守信，执着奋进；熟练使用常用办公软件；4、优先：销售医学双重经验者优先，有外企医学经验者优先；能适应出差加班。
