## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责抗体、融合蛋白、ADC等大分子药物质谱表征分析工作，涵盖分子量测定、翻译后修饰、蛋白断裂分析、糖基化分析、二硫键鉴定等常规及核心表征项目；
- 对接上游研发团队，支撑药物早期成药性评价工作，依托质谱检测数据助力候选药物分子筛选与结构优化；
- 独立完成数据分析、项目汇报、完整技术报告撰写，把控全流程数据合规性与可溯源性
- 负责SOP撰写、修订与版本更新，独立完成质谱仪器维护、性能校准、软硬件故障排查
- 规范完成实验记录填写、原始数据整理归档，撰写检测报告及各类相关技术文件；
- 可独立解决实验全流程疑难问题，可指导初级研究员日常实验工作 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，药物分析、药学、化学、生物制药等相关专业；有一年以上的大分子药物质谱表征的工业；
- 具备扎实的药物分析专业功底，熟悉生物质谱原理及大分子药物研发中的质谱表征应用；
- 有抗体、ADC药物质谱表征或大分子药物早期成药性评价相关从业经验者优先；
- 熟练操作Waters G2-XS TOF、Thermo QE质谱仪，精通Biopharma Finder、PMI数据分析软件者优先；
- 工作严谨细心、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，可独立高效完成研发工作；
- 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能自主处理实验及仪器常见突发问题。
