## Job description

1.高质量完成代谢、免疫大分子、多肽药物药效评价，包括细胞水平和动物水平的评价方法调研、实验设计、问题解决与实验结果分析等；2.调研分析代谢、免疫相关领域的潜在靶点，给出建设性意见，推动项目立项; 3.包括任务拆解分配、实验方案设计、问题解决、结果整理汇报等； 4.把控项目关键节点，高效率推进早期研发项目进展； 5.对接公司其它职能部门，促进跨部门紧密合作沟通以推动研发项目的顺利进行。

### 任职要求

1.具有细胞生物学、病理学、生物医学、基础医学、临床医学及药学等相关专业博士学位，具有丰富的ADC或RDC项目经验，双靶ADC或RDC药物项目经验优先； 2.对代谢、免疫生物学有较为深入的理解，熟悉相关疾病领域的前沿研发进展； 3.3年以上工业界药物研发经验优先，熟悉RDC药物的研发流程与关键节点，具有跨国制药公司或知名本土药企的工作经验者优先，具有RDCPCC/IND经验者优先； 4.良好的自我驱动能力及较强的责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
