## Job description

1.负责管理所辖区域和销售团队的一切业务工作，确保品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连；2.参与负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导，辅导下属提高专业知识技能，激励团队的专业能力发展；3.

### 负责医院大客户的关系维护，协助团队内销售人员进行拜访；任职要求

（必须有一线管理经验，不符勿投）1.本科学历以上，医药相关专业背景，5年以上医药行业经验，1年以上团队管理经验，有相关肿瘤领域经验优先；年龄38以下（优秀可放宽）2.具备较强的工作责任心，抗压能力及团队管理能力；3.既往业绩良好，有良好的营销思维和市场洞察力。
