## Job description

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide support within our Investment Banking division. Looking for a proactive, resourceful candidate. Being able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day expenses and travel for Investment Bankers.

### JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting Investment bankers from senior to junior level. Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across multiple time zones. Arrange heavy domestic and international travel logistics, including flights hotels, and ground transportation. Process expense reports using Concur. Maintain and update executives CRM system with client information and meeting notes.

### Hours are 8 am- 5 pm Required Background/Skills

Five to 10 plus years of administrative experience, supporting professionals in Investment Banking or Financial Services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience using Concur and CRM platforms is preferred. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism. Strong written and verbal skills. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $120,000, overtime eligible #LI-DNI
