## Job description

工作职责
- 建立省区揽派质量问题根因分析机制，梳理时效、破损、客诉等异常并确定改善优先级；
- 联动站点与片区推动重点问题整改，制定现场措施并组织一线人员培训，提升操作规范性；
- 搭建质量指标跟踪与复盘体系，评估改善效果并优化方案，确保改进闭环；
- 总结优秀案例与有效做法，形成可推广经验，推动省区站点学习借鉴；
- 设计覆盖揽收、中转、派送全环节的质量预防机制，减少问题发生并沉淀改善方法论。 任职要求
- 具备区域物流质量管控经验，熟悉通过数据驱动和案例复制改善运营指标；
- 能够统筹省区揽派全链路质量指标，建立从问题识别到整改验证的管理机制；
- 能从末端运营异常中识别系统性缺陷，区分共性与个案，确定改善优先级；
- 能够联动站点与片区推动专项攻坚与一线培训，将个别经验转化为整体能力；
- 以推动体系化质量改善为己任，致力于从事后补救转向事前预防；
