## Job description

工作职责
- 探索基于结构化智能体（Structured Agentic）范式的下一代用户画像系统，设计并实现具备自主感知、推理与演化能力的画像智能体原型。
- 攻克跨平台、多模态用户行为数据（如文本、图像、时序事件）的语义对齐与联合建模关键技术，为智能体提供高质量的认知输入。
- 研发具备终身学习能力的动态用户画像模型，使智能体能够从实时交互与反馈中持续学习。
- 推动前沿理论落地，引领用户画像从“静态标签”向“动态认知模型”的技术跃迁。 任职要求
- 计算机、人工智能或相关领域的本硕博在校生。
- 具备扎实的理论基础，熟悉大语言模型、大规模机器学习或深度学习核心算法。
- 在用户画像、智能体（Agent）或搜推系统等相关领域有实战经验，对某项前沿技术有深入的实践应用。
- 具备出色的逻辑分析、问题解决与跨部门沟通推动能力，对技术变革充满激情。
- 在SIGKDD、AAAI、ICML、ICLR、NIPS、RECSYS等顶级会议有论文发表经历者优先。
