## Job description

工作职责
- 为京东服务团队运营工作保驾护航，主要聚焦服务业务量预测及排班管理、员工培训及能力提升等多模块方向；
- 结合业务流程和客户建议，整体复盘并提交优化建议， 赋能京东服务团队，提升客户体验感；
- 负责客户服务能力提升和优化，制定流程优化方案，推动客户服务工作高质量完成，促进业务升级。 任职要求 1.2026年10月1日至2027年9月30日期间毕业，统招本科及以上学历，学习能力强，数据敏感度高； 2.良好的逻辑思维及归纳总结能力和强烈的工作责任感和使命感； 3.有敏锐的风险、风控意识，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力。
