## Job description

工作职责
- 深入参与OmniDialogue算法架构的创新设计，持续优化全模态大模型的底层训练与对齐策略。
- 负责构建并完善全模态数据处理体系，实现海量语音、文本、视频等异构数据的高效清洗与解析建模。
- 突破多模态特征融合的技术难点，大幅提升全模态大模型在复杂自然语言交互中的准确性与推理效率。
- 追踪业内最新的Omni Chat大模型技术动态，开展底层技术攻关，打造具有行业竞争力的交互产品底座。 任职要求
- 计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息或自动化等相关领域的本硕博在校生。
- 具备扎实的深度学习基础，深入理解Transformer及GPT等模型底层原理，熟悉预训练与微调全流程。
- 熟练掌握Python、C++等编程语言，精通语音信号处理或音视频融合底层技术。
- 具备强烈的极客探索精神与优秀的英文学术文献阅读能力。
- 拥有ACM等高水平编程竞赛获奖经历，在CCF A类学术会议有论文发表，或在GitHub拥有高Star开源项目者优先。
