## Job description

工作职责
- 通过语音方式，负责解决产品售后问题，提供迅速，准确，周到的服务；
- 对本部门绩效指标负责，定期学习新的业务知识，提升技能水平；
- 遵守呼叫中心工作职责的相关程序及控制的要求，遵守所有相关的政策和程序，包括所有监管规条，本地及集团的要求。 任职要求 1.2026年10月1日之后毕业，统招本科及以上学历，学习能力强，数据敏感度高； 2.良好的逻辑思维及归纳总结能力和强烈的工作责任感和使命感； 3.有敏锐的风险、风控意识，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力;
