## Job description

工作职责
- 负责代码大模型的持续预训练、SFT及强化学习优化，结合Agent技术构建对标业界SOTA（如Cursor）的AI编码产品。
- 研发并提升代码补全、代码生成、智能重写及下一个光标位置预测等核心研发提效能力。
- 构建稳定可靠的高性能Code AI底座服务，探索投机解码、模型量化等前沿模型压缩与加速技术。
- 推动高性能AI编码服务的规模化部署与工程化落地，大幅提升企业级软件全生命周期的研发效能。 任职要求
- 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或自然语言处理等相关领域的本硕博在校生。
- 研究方向涉及Code AI（代码生成/优化、AI4SE）或AI Infra（推理加速、投机解码等）前沿领域。
- 精通PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备LLM微调或强化学习实战经验。
- 掌握代码AST分析、静态分析及高级语言的语法语义分析等现代软件工程底层方法。
- 拥有顶级大厂实战经验，或在ICSE/ASE/FSE/NeurIPS等学术会议有论文发表经历者优先。
