This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $80,000.

### Job Details

$5,000 sign on bonus for a limited time! $0.48 - $0.53 per mile Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25 Drop and hook per stop: $32-$35 Live load/unload per stop: $55 Hazmat per load: $25 Refrigerated per load: $30 Layover pay per hour: $20 up to 5 hours Driver assist per load: $25

Empty move per load: $15 Live lifts pay: $15 if over one hour Chassis flips pay per hour: $20 Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20 Rail delay per hour: $20 Refused delivery per load: $40 Truck order not used: $20 Waiting on truck per hour: $20 Excessive dunnage pay per load: $15

Recovery pay per recovery: $25 Spotting work per move: $5 Yard work per hour: $20 Safety training pay per hour: $22 New hire training pay per day: $250 Driver trainer pay per day: $125 Virtual safety training per hour: $20 Holiday pay: $220 per day Daily home time Majority no touch freight

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. ### OTHER PAY

Holiday Pay: After 90 days of service for 6 major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day & 4th of July). Drivers must be active (not on leave) Drivers are not required to work Holidays. Days surrounding holidays are FCFS.

### PTO

Accrual starts on the 1st day. Time off is accrued in real time New/rehire – 1.85 hrs accrued/wk = 12 PTO days/yr 1+ years – 2.46 hrs/wk = 16 PTO days/yr 6+ years – 3.23 hrs/wk = 21 PTO days/yr 14+ years – 3.69 hrs/wk = 24 PTO days/yr 19+ years - 4 hrs/wk = 26 PTO days/yr POSITION/FREIGHT DETAILS: Uniforms Hazmat Cert optional - reimbursed upon proof/receipts Approx 50% D/H and 50% Live 100% of freight is on Intermodal Chassis/Container 5% of freight is Reefer/TCI freight TRUCK SPECIFICATIONS/PARKING: Drivers operate day cabs.

Avg age of the fleet is 2.5 yrs Most drivers slip seat. Slip seating is required if needed due to start time All drivers will park their tractor/POV at the office. Automatic, mostly freightliners with safety technology. All drivers must abide by NO SMOKING policy while inside the truck, smoking allowed outside of the truck. Drivers on this local job will operate in a 200-mile radius of St. Paul, MN.
