In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Duties may include, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees and contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops. THIS IS A REEFER POSITION, PLEASE MAKE SURE DRIVERS ARE AWARE. NO EXCEPTIONS TO ### REQUIREMENTS Position Details: Delivering Target food merchandise from the distribution center in Upper Marlboro, MD to stores around PA, DE, MD, VA, and NJ area. Driver will do a full DOT required pre-trip inspection of his truck and trailer. Driver is expected to check temps, truck trailer for damages, tires, fluid levels, lights, fuel on reefer/truck, etc. On time delivery is required Driver will communicate any late for any delivery with a JB Hunt manager so that it can be communicated and worked out with the customer/stores effected. Driver will oversee and count everything that is taken off the truck at each store, marking each pallet that comes off on his pinwheel. (90% of stores, $45 a stop) 10% of the unloads will require driver assist ($60 a sto p) Will have to pick up vendor backhaul when assigned. Drivers will work intermittently on other J.B. Hunt accounts. ### Additional Details Driver will be required to return with full fuel in both reefer and tractor.
