In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Days surrounding holidays are FCFS. ### PTO Accrual starts on the first day of employment New/rehire – 1.5 hours accrued/week = 7 PTO days/yr 1+ years – 1.54 hours accrued/week = 10 PTO days/yr 6+ years – 2.31 hours accrued/week = 15 PTO days/yr 19+ years – 3.08 hours accrued/week = 20 PTO days/yr POSITION DETAILS: Uniforms required Production requirement: 1900 MPW If this requirement is not met drivers will be transferred to the traditional regional JBI fleet Exceptional drivers can run as much as 2,400+ mpw w/ 48 hours off 100% NO TOUCH FREIGHT freight on Intermodal Chassis/Container 5% of freight is Reefer/TCI freight OPERATING AREA: WI/IL (90%), IA, MN, surrounding states (10%) 95% of loads start/end in Chicago, IL Rails: Mainly Chicago area rails (95%), occasionally St Paul (4%) and St, Louis (1%) ### TRUCK/PARKING DETAILS Drivers will operate mid roof conventional tractors. Avg age of the fleet is 2.5 yrs Automatic Transmission Freightliners.
