In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week.

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Hunt offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days with holiday pay.

Conditional job offer is subject to results of criminal background check. Specific job duties may vary and are subject to change. Duties may include, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees and contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops.

DRIVERS HIRED BEFORE 10/5/2026 WILL RECEIVE A $500 SHOW BONUS! Hazmat required in 90 days (account will reimburse cost of obtaining the endorsement)

### ENTRY LEVEL

Driver will be paid $200/day during training period / gross wkly avg $1k Training will last a minimum of 6 weeks for ENTRY LEVEL candidates.

Driver will train locally with Meijer After Entry Level Training: Pay: Mixture of local & regional deliveries - 2 pay tiers will be paid 60% of the loads are regional - 200+ miles from origin to destination 0.63 cpm
- Increases to 0.645 CPM at 1 year
- Increases to 0.66 CPM at 3 years $20/stop 40% loads are local - less than 200 miles from origin to destination) Starting at 0.725 cpm ​​​​Increases to 0.735 CPM at 1 year
- Increases to 0.745 CPM at 3 years ​​​​ $30/stop Drivers will receive $100/week to help compensate for unexpected situations Drivers will receive the above salary added to their check for the number of days worked in a week Drivers must show up on time and be available to run legal/safe loads and they must check in prior to departing to ensure they are no longer needed for the day to receive this compensation Position Details: Drivers will run transfers between distribution centers in WI, IN, and MI in addition to deliveries to 40 Meijer stores in Northern IL, IN, WI, and MI, and will pickup backhauls to return to Pleasant Prairie.
