In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Duties may include, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees and contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops. POSITION DETAILS Dedicated position with consistent schedules. Consistent pickup locations on a daily basis, Picking up at less that 20 locations. Delivering chicken remnants in an open top, tarped trailer, or bulk tanker from processing plant to processing plant within a 150-mile radius. Live loading with some drop and hook at pickup location Driver will take empty to processing plant and bring loaded trailer back to Darling. Drivers will also deliver outbound loads either tanker or powder mill loads requiring driver unload at delivery location. SPECIAL ### REQUIREMENTS Drivers will cover open top trailers with a roll tarp and secure tarp. This does not require drivers to climb. Drivers will unload tanker with customer provided pump. Drivers will unload powder loads into customer grain bin. Drivers are required to haul loads in inclement weather. Drivers will deliver tanker, and mill loads requiring driver unload. TRUCK INFO Slip seating required. No passengers permitted. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Drivers will be allowed 30 days to obtain tanker endorsement and account will assist and cover cost to obtain tanker endorsement.
