In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Specific job duties may vary and are subject to change. Duties may include, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees and contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops. ### Position Details The account will deliver fresh and frozen food products to Food Service warehouses starting in TX, CA, and SC. Food products will be wrapped on food grade blue CHEP pallets. Pre loaded trailers are in TX and they will be live loaded with backhauls at delivery locations in CA and SC. Backhauls will be picked and brought back to TX. The receivers will live unload the freight for the driver. In the event where a driver needs to unload the freight, they will receive additional compensation for this work. Expect up to 2-hour unload and reload times. For a 5-day work week, drivers are expected to make +600 miles per day. ### Special Requirements Drivers will be required to take food safety training and will complete monthly food service training. Required to monitor/verify trailer temperatures when picking up the trailer and through the remainder of the deliveries. Must be clean/neat in appearance. Drivers will be utilized at other Dedicated accounts in the surrounding area during slow times to maintain earnings. ### Additional Information Uniform will be required and provided. All PPE will be provided. Drivers will utilize automatic sleepers. Passengers allowed /pets are not permitted.
