In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Duties may include, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees and contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops. DRIVERS HIRED BEFORE 10/5/2026 WILL RECEIVE A $500 SHOW BONUS! Hazmat required in 90 days (account will reimburse cost of obtaining the endorsement) ### Pay Mixture of local & regional deliveries - 2 pay tiers will be paid 60% of the loads are regional - 200+ miles from origin to destination 0.63 cpm - Increases to 0.645 CPM at 1 year - Increases to 0.66 CPM at 3 years $20/stop 40% loads are local - less than 200 miles from origin to destination) Starting at 0.725 cpm ​​​​Increases to 0.735 CPM at 1 year - Increases to 0.745 CPM at 3 years ​​​​ $30/stop Drivers will receive $100/week to help compensate for unexpected situations Drivers will receive the above salary added to their check for the number of days worked in a week Drivers must show up on time and be available to run legal/safe loads and they must check in prior to departing to ensure they are no longer needed for the day to receive this compensation Position Details: Drivers will run transfers between distribution centers in OH, MI, and WI in addition to deliveries to 40 Meijer stores in Northern IL, IN, WI, and MI If scheduling a driver from Chicago, please encourage them to check their commute and ensure it is reasonable Outbound store shipments are drop and hook from the DC and at the delivery locations Backhaul pickups from Pleasant Prairie, WI, Tipp City, OH, and Lansing, MI Backhauls may be drop & hook or live loads (approx 85% drop/hook) No touch freight Lunch is provided during orientation Drivers can park the truck at home for time off ### Join a Team That Values Drivers This account has a strong track record of success, earning the 2016 Account of the Year Award and placing 3rd in the Midwest Region for Driver Dedicated Performance in 2017.
