This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. ob Details: $0.68 per mile $30 Daily rate, paid for on time arrival Live stop pay: $18 per stop Detention: $60 per hour after 2 hours. In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. POSITION DETAILS Local position hauling building materials from the warehouse to customer in New England. Curtain side trailers No touch but will have to opened and close the curtains and insure the freight is secured between stops. No NYC Backhauls will consist of returns or a load back from 1 customer who the customer trades product with. Day cabs that are a mix of JBHT and Customer owned. Trucks remain at the account for time off Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily. Drivers will be required to work on IM or other DCS freight when needed. ### Special Requirements Driver's are required to wear steel toe boots.
