In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

J.B. ### Position Details

This is a floater position. Driver will be outsourced to other accounts an average of 70% of the time and run Western Freight 30% of the time Driver will average 2-3 days of Western deliveries per week and run off account the remainder of the week During surge season driver may deliver more

Western freight Driver will primarily assist Milgard, Mission Foods, Weyerhaeuser, and Intermodal Phoenix Milgard requires drivers to hand unload windows and doors into the receiving area Mission Foods will require the driver to unload freight using an electric pallet jack Weyerhaeuser requires to driver to make flatbed deliveries where they will strap and unstrap loads at each location

Intermodal deliveries will be a combination of drop/hook and live unload ​​​​​​​ Driver is paid a daily rate when outsourced (see pay package)

### When delivering for Western Windows

Driver will make deliveries of windows in flatbed trailers equipped with a Princeton (forklift), straight trucks, and dually trucks from the DC in Phoenix AZ to Western Windows customers in AZ, Las Vegas, NV, and CA At the receiver, freight will be a combination of live unload by the customer and the driver unloading with the

Princeton (forklift) Driver is required to unstrap the windows, unload racks, and restrap loads at the customer Driver is required to handle windows, but will not unload them manually Driver is required to reposition load securement bars after each stop to ensure product is secure for travel to the next stop

At the end of the day driver is required to unstrap the flatbed ​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​ Special Requirements: The account will train drivers on the proper handling of windows The account will train drivers on how to properly operate the Princeton (forklift) This position requires the driver to operate various types of equipment.

Driver must be willing and able to operate sleeper trucks, straight trucks, and dually trucks based on delivery need Driver must be comfortable with backing, blindside backing, and close quarter maneuvering. Delivery locations will be very tight spaces that will require all of these skills A high level of customer service is needed due to frequent customer interactions Driver is required to assist other DCS/JBI accounts on a weekly basis Truck Info: Automatic and Manual sleeper trucks, straight trucks, and dually trucks Driver is required to slip seat Trucks must be left at the account for time off Drivers on this regional position will operate in AZ, NV and CA
