Apply now! ### Learn more jti.com FP&A Manager, Investment Control Purpose: The FP&A Manager (Investment Control) supports financial planning, reporting, and commercial finance activities for the Adriatica markets. This role oversees the budgeting processes throughout planning cycles, ensures the delivery of accurate and insightful variance analyses, and provides strategic financial guidance to support business performance and key decision-making. In addition, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives, promotes knowledge sharing and best practices, and contributes to the development and strengthening of FP&A team capabilities and organizational effectiveness. ### Main Responsibilities STRATEGIC PLANNING: Lead and support planning process in Adriatica Cluster (Outlooks, Latest Estimates, Annual & Strategic Plans), connecting financial plans with commercial priorities and ensuring alignment with local and regional teams. Ensure accuracy of planning models, variance analysis, and corporate reporting templates. ### BUDGETING, CONTROLLING, REPORTING Oversee Marketing & Sales budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with targets. Lead the consolidation and reporting of commercial KPIs to various stakeholders providing transparency on performance and investment effectiveness. Monitor and analyse YTD performance, lead year-end closing activities. Provide guidance to budget owners, encouraging insight-driven performance management. ### INVESTMENT ANALYSIS AND MODELLING Provide robust financial evaluation of commercial initiatives, ensuring they are backed by well-founded assumptions. E valuate ROI of various investment proposals and identify actionable insights that enhance the quality and impact of future investments. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to define relevant KPIs. Prepare overview of financial KPIs for BAP/MEMO submissions in accordance with corporate requirements. ### KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER Drive the development, coaching, and oversight of junior FP&A team members while fostering knowledge sharing across the broader Adriatica organization. ### Requirements University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; financial qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) would be an asset 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and budgeting / controlling. Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently, handle change, and support team development. Fluency in English (Serbian is an advantage). Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, Microsoft Office expertise, advanced in Excel, Think-Cell. Are you ready to join us?
