jti.com Sales Associate We are looking for a Sales Associate based in Tangier, to support the Regional Business Development Manager and work in close collaboration with distributor supervisors and the JTI Field Force.

### What you will be doing

As a Sales Associate you will:
- Oversee and manage sales KPIs to meet sales targets and objectives
- Monitor warehouse stock availability
- Coordinate the recruitment, creation, and activation of point-of-sale (POS) materials in line with the regional coverage strategy.

Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits. Maintain a consistent field presence and provide regular reports on field activities. Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve goals within the regional scope.
- Deliver regular reports on regional sales and distribution performance to management Requirements: BTS or bachelor’s degree Previous Internship or a one-year experience in FMCG Fluent in Arabic and French, Intermediate level in English Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills Excellent Team management & Leadership abilities Product
- Knowledge and strong Sales Techniques
- Proficiency with business tools (MS Office).
