We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Lead professional in Carolina/Guaynabo, Puerto Rico to support our Program Management Team. You’ll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing. Join us and we will assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree - At least 5 years of project cost controls experience ### Experience with Project Controls Tools - EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel - Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues - Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems - Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts - Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues ### Please note Local Puerto Rico residents highly recommended Ideally, you’ll also have: - MS Office skills to include Excel - Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools - Cost estimating experience #LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #Construction, #Engineering #LI-SH1 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
