Among the many types of projects led by this team are pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and green stormwater infrastructure. You will be leading a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Also, you will have the opportunity to mentor and coach early and mid-career engineers and designers and to be mentored by senior staff. Nurturing your existing and developing new relationships, you will help to identify new opportunities in which Jacobs Hawaii can further service our clients and communities. You will develop a career path plan with regional leadership, identifying the kinds of projects and programs you want to grow into over time, incorporating your passions and interests. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering - A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct management of project teams - Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or ability to obtain - Proven experience in planning and designing small to large projects Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have: - Proven experience managing teams of design, scientific, and technology professionals - Strong network with local municipalities, private utilities, and other water/wastewater, conveyance, and water resources clients - Active in a professional organization - Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering #LI-KS6 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
