As a Water Resources Engineer work would include development and application of environmental and water resources analyses to support local, regional, state, and federal water management planning and design studies; planning and design for water storage, conveyance, and distribution projects; performing research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies as well as data collection, processing, and analysis to support water resources planning activities. Local projects may also include stormwater management planning and design, green infrastructure design, and stormwater program support. Each day, you will be an important team member as you assist with projects for our clients. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain such authorization throughout their employment without employer sponsorship. - In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future Ideally, you’ll also have: - 3.0 GPA - Must be at least a rising Junior - Working knowledge of AutoCAD - A previous internship related to your field of study - Self-driven time management and organizational skill Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
