## Job description

We are looking for a driven and curious Entry Level Water Treatment Engineer. As part of our team, you will work with a core group of engineers and designers on some of the most complex drinking water treatment projects in our region.

You will work in planning studies, pilot scale evaluations, treatment technologies, process/mechanical engineering, and field assignments to collaborate with our team to deliver meaningful solutions for water treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe. The work will involve technical studies, computer modelling, technical writing, engineering design, and engineering services during construction.

This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain such authorization throughout their employment without employer sponsorship.

### Here's what you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
- Educational emphasis and strong interest in drinking water treatment system design and operation
- Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis skills, technical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future Ideally, you’ll also have:
- A GPA of at least 3.0
- Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
- Previous work experience in engineering, construction, or facility operations
- Completed internship in a water treatment-related field
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Hydraulic modelling experience (e.g. Fathom, AutoPIPE)
