In this role, you will work alongside Project Management and Design Leads in the planning, designing, and commissioning of projects from design through construction for water treatment, collection and distribution projects. Working within a multi-disciplinary team you will be challenged to grow and learn in your everyday tasks which could consist of: hydraulic modeling assisting in the preparation of plans and specifications performing research, technical writing, development of documentation and studies data collection, processing, and analysis to support planning and design activities supporting construction activities related to your designs to ensure proper construction providing on-site troubleshooting based on field conditions to including construction observation, startup and testing, and project closeout activities Bring your creativity, ambitious spirit, and attention to detail, and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you - so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Biosystems Chemical or Environmental Engineering Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and pdf editors Relevant water/ wastewater coursework or projects Ideally, you’ll also have: Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering Prior work or internship experience with an engineering consultancy or municipality Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain in the first year Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
