As a key leader in our Alaska water business, you will: - Deliver impactful water projects across Alaska, including conveyance, storage, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and planning initiatives that support community resilience. - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and seamless collaboration across engineering disciplines. - Manage projects from concept through commissioning, driving schedule, budget, scope, and profitability while maintaining Jacobs’ rigorous quality and safety standards. - Strengthen client relationships by engaging on technical topics, project strategy, and long-term planning to support continued market success. - Support business development efforts, including strategy development, positioning, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations. - Champion a culture of caring, safety, inclusion, and quality, ensuring our teams feel supported and empowered to do their best work. - Mentor and develop emerging talent, helping shape the next generation of water professionals at Jacobs.
