Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ### SUMMARY Under administrative review, is responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies in Test Engineering. ### ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Coordinate department’s travel arrangements. - Prepare and maintain all documentation to comply with ISO 9000. - Maintain department’s controlled document numbering logs. - Monitor and track annual certification required by the department. - Process vacation and personal time for the department. - Process test engineering timecards. - Coordinate payroll queries and adjustments. - Maintain data entry for MES/TARS/GPS. - Assign and distribute document control numbers as necessary. - Prepare and maintain test visual aids. - Generate purchase orders. - Maintain data entry into spreadsheets, database programs, resumes, inventories, etc. - Follow-up on issues as directed by supervisor. - Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by manager. - Comply and follow all company procedures. ### MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent with 2 plus years clerical experience required.
