Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. 岗位职责 负责产品失效分析（FA）工作，包括客户退货、可靠性测试失效、生产异常及品质问题分析。 独立完成失效样品拆解、检测、验证及分析报告编写。 推动异常问题关闭，与研发、质量、制造、供应商等跨部门团队合作落实纠正预防措施（CAPA）。 建立和优化失效分析流程、测试方法及相关SOP。 负责可靠性测试失效件分析，包括寿命测试、跌落测试、环境测试等。 岗位要求 本科及以上学历；材料工程、机械工程、电子工程、物理学等相关专业优先。 3-5年以上失效分析（FA）、可靠性工程、品质工程相关工作经验；有消费电子、智能硬件、电子配件、结构件或金属产品行业经验优先。 熟悉机械结构件、弹簧、铰链、磁铁、表面处理等相关失效模式；熟悉手表或电子产品显示屏结构及Panel完整工作原理，精通像素驱动、背光原理、触控感应、电路导通、屏幕显示成像逻辑，了解Panel生产、切割、贴合、封装核心制程。 具备独立主导复杂失效案件分析经验。 ### BE AWARE OF FRAUD When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
