Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ### Job Summary Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers at Jabil Inc.'s CVG200 402 facility to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. ### Job Responsibilities Oversee daily production schedules and assign tasks to production team members. Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Train and mentor production staff on new procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste. Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and labor hours. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, engineering, and maintenance, to optimize production flow. Conduct performance reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback. Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with 5S principles. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and attendance. ### Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
