Business Unit Coordinator (Supporting SolarEdge) Be the Connection That Drives Customer Success Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Coordinator to support our partnership with SolarEdge and play a vital role in daily workcell operations. In this highly collaborative position, you'll serve as a key link between the customer and cross-functional teams, helping ensure seamless communication, operational alignment, and exceptional customer satisfaction. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a global industry leader. ### Location Seminole, FL (On-Site) ### What You'll Do Serve as a day-to-day customer contact, ensuring requests, updates, and concerns are addressed quickly and effectively. Support the Business Unit team in managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, planning, engineering, and quality teams to align priorities and support production goals. Monitor performance metrics including delivery, quality, materials, and operational performance. Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate trends, risks, and action plans. Help identify and escalate production, material, or schedule risks before they impact customer commitments. Support issue resolution efforts and coordinate follow-up actions across teams. Maintain accurate customer documentation, records, and communications. Build strong working relationships that drive collaboration and timely decision-making across the organization. ### What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree preferred. 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, customer support, finance, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment. Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
