Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ### Job Summary The Program Manager I is responsible for coordinating and managing small to medium-sized programs, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to closure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to meet program objectives, scope, schedule, and budget. ### Job Responsibilities - Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables. - Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, both internal and external. - Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Ensure adherence to program management methodologies and best practices. - Manage client expectations and foster strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle. - Facilitate regular program meetings and generate accurate program reports. - Monitor and control program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes. - Support the sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities and proposal generation. ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). - Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. ### TEN CUIDADO CON LOS FRAUDES - Las oportunidades laborales legítimas en Jabil se pueden encontrar en nuestro sitio web oficial Jabil.com.
