Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ### Responsibility - Perform surface coating operations in accordance with process requirements, including primer, topcoat, and other coating applications. - Operate, maintain, and perform routine servicing of painting equipment to ensure proper functionality. - Complete painting tasks according to the production schedule while ensuring product quality and production efficiency. - Inspect coating quality and promptly address defects such as runs, sags, and color variations. - Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and 5S management requirements. - Support process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. ### Requirements - High school diploma, technical secondary school diploma, or above. - Relevant experience in spray painting or coating operations. - Familiarity with spray painting processes and spray gun operation, with a good understanding of common coating materials and their properties. - Strong quality awareness and problem-solving skills. - Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on shifts and in a manufacturing environment. ### BE AWARE OF FRAUD When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
