Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. ### Zakres obowiązków Koordynacja pracy Mini Spółki oraz bieżącej realizacji zadań operacyjnych w obszarze produkcji. Ścisła współpraca z Liderem Produkcji, Koordynatorami MS oraz działami wspierającymi. Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników procesu (produktywność, FPY, Scrap, DPM) oraz wdrażanie działań korygujących. Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości, wydajności produkcji oraz optymalnego wykorzystania maszyn, sprzętu i zasobów. Stosowanie i egzekwowanie narzędzi jakościowych (QRQC, SPC) oraz standardów operacyjnych. Nadzór nad poprawnym zbieraniem i raportowaniem danych produkcyjnych. Dbanie o porządek i organizację pracy w obszarze produkcyjnym. Inicjowanie i wspieranie działań ciągłego doskonalenia (Kaizen, redukcja odpadów, MRO). Egzekwowanie zasad BHP, jakości, ESD, ISO oraz reagowanie na sytuacje awaryjne. Budowanie, rozwijanie i motywowanie zespołu oraz efektywna komunikacja wyników. Zarządzanie absencjami, urlopami i danymi kadrowymi. Udział w audytach oraz realizacja działań poaudytowych. ### Wymagania Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem lub koordynacji pracy zespołów. Solidna znajomość procesów operacyjnych / logistycznych oraz środowiska produkcyjnego. Umiejętność analizy danych procesowych i finansowych oraz optymalizacji procesów. Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane). Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego.
