Мета посади: підтримка реалізації бізнес-стратегії через розвиток персоналу, ефективне HR-партнерство з керівниками та вдосконалення HR-процесів. Основні задачі простими словами: HR-партнерство з бізнесом — співпраця з керівниками для визначення потреб команд і реалізації HR-ініціатив відповідно до бізнес-цілей; Навчання та розвиток — організація навчання працівників, розвиток управлінських компетенцій керівників і професійного потенціалу команди; Управління талантами — розвиток працівників, підтримка кар’єрного зростання, планування наступності та впровадження підходів до утримання персоналу; Розвиток HR-команди — наставництво, професійна підтримка HR-фахівців і сприяння розвитку їхніх компетенцій; Вдосконалення HR-процесів — аналіз та оптимізація наявних процедур для підвищення ефективності й якості HR-сервісів; Внутрішні комунікації — розвиток ефективної взаємодії між працівниками, керівниками та HR-функцією; HR-проєкти та зміни — реалізація ініціатив, спрямованих на підвищення залученості працівників, ефективності команд і результативності бізнесу. Кого шукаємо? Досвід роботи на позиції HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Lead або HR Manager; Розуміння бізнес-процесів та вміння пов’язувати HR-ініціативи з цілями компанії; Досвід у сфері навчання та розвитку персоналу; Практичне знання трудового законодавства України; Англійська мова від рівня B1 для професійної усної та письмової комунікації; Сильні комунікаційні навички, стратегічне мислення та орієнтація на результат; Попередній досвід управління командою буде перевагою, але не є обов’язковим.
