ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ ТА ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ Розробляти та підтримувати плани контролю якості (QA) та технологічні маршрути, які відображають заплановані та фактичні дії. Надавати підтримку на етапах котирування, беручи участь у початковому проектуванні, розробці та впровадженні процесів. Оцінювати та підтримувати інспекційні процеси за допомогою інспекційних засобів та інструкцій. Підтримувати всі навчальні програми шляхом розробки та впровадження спеціалізованих навчальних сесій для відповідних функцій. Проводити періодичний перегляд і оновлення всієї документації; розробляти відповідні системи зберігання та доступу до документів. Перевіряти всі розбіжності з постачальниками або клієнтами, координувати та відстежувати заходи щодо коригувальних та запобіжних дій. Надавати аналіз тенденцій дефектів, що виникають у клієнтів, постачальників та внутрішньо. Брати участь у заходах з оцінки постачальників за потребою. Активно співпрацювати з постачальниками та, за можливості, допомагати їм у покращенні процесів. Взаємодіяти з усіма відділами щодо політик і процедур, особливо у контексті документації ISO, EN4600 та GMP. Контролювати діяльність відділу та надавати технічну і логістичну підтримку інженерному персоналу з якості. Надавати технічну підтримку з питань якості клієнтам за потребою. Підтримувати та зосереджувати зусилля щодо коригувальних дій, використовуючи SPC-дані та систему відстеження коригувальних дій, а також створювати і впроваджувати зустрічі, процедури або командні концепції в рамках коригувальних/запобіжних заходів. Виконувати роль посередника між Jabil Circuit та постачальниками або клієнтами з питань якості. Покращувати технічну підтримку для організації якості. Дотримуватися всіх правил безпеки і охорони здоров’я, пов’язаних із цією посадою, та вказівок керівника. Виконувати та дотримуватися всіх процедур відповідно до політики безпеки компанії.
