Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Warehouse and Logistics team in Rugby. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service delivery, cost management, revenue enablement, and people leadership across key operations for a major retail customer, with mandatory experience managing 24/7 retail operations. ### What You'll Do In this role, you will: Drive operational performance and financial management: Manage annual operating budgets, control resource costs, and use KPIs to analyse service delivery, improve performance, and maintain accountability. ### Lead high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships Interface directly with customers, maintain high-quality client relationships, and lead selection, talent development, and succession planning. ### Ensure safety, facility, and operational compliance Oversee facility management to corporate standards, ensure proper system usage across teams, and prioritize colleague, visitor, and client health and safety. ### What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience managing 24/7 retail operations. ### Logistics & Leadership Expertise Sufficient background as an operational manager within the logistics or e-commerce retail sector. ### Service & People Management Strong skills in building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and resolving complex operational problems in a multi-cultural environment. ### Project & Financial Acumen Demonstrated capability in project management, P&L management, and strategic resource forecasting. ### What We Offer Rugby, United Kingdom Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience Generous paid time off and holiday entitlement Flexible work options to support work-life balance Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans Continuous learning, professional growth, and international connectivity across a global organization Ready to lead high-impact retail logistics operations?
