If so, let's start the conversation. - Controlar a entrada e saída de pesquisas através das solicitações recebidas por emails dos clientes, sistema interno ou sistema do cliente; - Cadastrar e pesquisar dados de documentos em sistema específico ou planilhas enviadas pelo cliente, quando não estão completas, conforme orientação do gestor; - Conferir e pesquisar documentos físicos, imagem ou por cópia dos clientes, conforme as solicitações recebida; - Encaminhar documentos solicitados pelos clientes para a área de roteiro, para que o mesmo seja entregue ao local da solicitação, assim também como a devolução dos documentos recepcionados com divergência identificados no sistema; - Procurar e localizar caixas de documentos, seguindo instruções ou indicações de endereços (corredores, prateleiras, níveis, etc) estabelecidos pelos procedimentos vigentes ou instruções dadas pelo superior.
