If so, let's start the conversation. ### Job Summary Detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator required to join our team at Iron Mountain in Heywood. They will be responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics processes. ### Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and track inventory levels. ### Order Processing Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation. ### Data Entry & Reporting Update warehouse databases and generate reports for management. ### Supplier & Customer Coordination Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and stock availability. ### Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations and company policies. ### Administrative Support Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general office tasks. Any other duties as requested by a manager that are commensurate with your role. Key Skills, Requirements & Competencies Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain management. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in IT software and warehouse management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. requires established skills and knowledge gained through training and work experience.
