Supply Chain Manager Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our Data Center construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. You will ensure that critical long-lead equipment is manufactured and delivered in alignment with project schedules to protect the construction critical path. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Lead Equipment Execution: Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules. ### Manage Supplier Accountability Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends. ### Mitigate Schedule Risks Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner. ### Collaborate Cross-Functionally Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Relevant Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or data center projects. ### Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules.
